Next/Back Buttons Missing & Hangs

OS: Oracle Linux 6.8 64 bit

DB : 11.2.0.3.0

VM: Oracle Virtual Box

Problem: I have upgraded GRID to 11.2.4.0, now I am trying to upgrade the DB, but during the installation the GUI window is not showing the next/back/install buttons. After trying to maximize the window many times, I was able to see those buttons. I clicked on Install button but now it is just hanging, not installing. Please see the pic below, and look at the install button.
