Newb question: Getting ORA-01017: Invalid username/password: logon denied (11g database, 12.2 client

Hi all.

Excited to use this extension in VS Code for my database development, but can't seem to get a connection (ORA-01017: Invalid username/password: logon denied) with credentials and methods that work everywhere else (SQL Developer, Python, R).

Database version: 11.2

Local instant client: 12.2

Local Java version: 1.8

I'm primarily using the TNS Alias method, but I've tried the others as well.

Has anyone come across this? Any resolutions known?
