New to Oracle JET 7 - Need useful resources with samples

Developing web application using JET 7 version. Unable to find enough tutorials or samples in net. I'm completely new using technology. I have searched in net and came across few examples in older version(i.e., JET 2.5 or 3) not the latest one. And i could see lot of changes between these versions.

Oracle cookbook samples doesn't help much as all values are hard coded & if i try using it to showcase REST based values many functionalities are not working(For eg: Pagination, etc). I have searched as much as i can and didn't come across a single CRUD based application with table or authentication or page navigation in latest JET version.

Please let me know useful resource link with samples to learn JET 7 version, especially using REST based data rather than hard coded Array Values
