New to Oracle IDM.

Hi Friends,

I got trained in SUN IDM and i am new to oracle IDM. I didn't find any documents and software to download and get trained myself.Will you guys give me idea where i can get documents and get trained myself.Also will you guys let me know the installable document and software.
