New to Oracle ECM

Hello All,

I'm new to Oracle and I want to use Oracle ECM in automating some business processes within my company. Hope someone can confirm whether Oracle ECM includes the following features or I have to use third-parties' products?

Does it support capturing of images (scanning of paper documents into digital images)?
Does it store all contents in its database or it support external storage (storing of documents in file system or network drives)?
Does it support documents achieving and Multi-tiers achieving?
