New Rich Text Editor in Apex 20.2

Hi all,
In the new rich text editor of Apex 20.2 I can't find the control to insert images. Even when using the full toolbar. Does it have a control for that? Where is it?
Once you change to the new editor, is it possible to change it back from CK Editor 5 to the CK Editor 4? The option is not in the item type list.
