ORDS, SODA & JSON in the Database

Hi,

Found apex listener a few days ago, I've installed into glassfish 3.0.1, using Oracle DB 10.2.0.4 with APEX 4.0 installed.
It's working up to Creating Resourse Templates.

When I go to the resource template config page, Accepting the "hello world" template, I get a javascript
window displaying "Internal Server Error" :

Has anybody else got this? I don't know where to begin to find what's wrong so any pointers
appreciated.
