New Oracle Certification Program

A new oracle certification organization dubbed the “International Technical Certification Consortium” (ITC2) is offering “experienced-based” Oracle certification, with no testing requirements and a $1,250 fee.

It sounds "fishy", but I'm not sure. ITC2 offers two Oracle certification programs:

- ECOCD - Oracle Certification Program – OCP
- ECODBA - Oracle DBA certification
