NEW ODP.NET 9.2.0.2.100 ??

I saw that version 9.2.0.2.100 is no longer available for download. The following is stated:

Oracle Data Provider for .NET 9.2.0.2.100 - (Available Soon!)

I don't understand why version 9.2.0.2.100 can no longer be downloaded.
I guess it has to do with the '100% utilisation of CPU' bug.
Does this mean that a new 9.2.0.2.100 will be available soon?

I find this all very confusing. In my opinion it would be more logical to keep version 9.2.0.2.100 available for download and then at a later date/time come up with an entire new version.
