New DBA 9i

Hello,
I am starting a new job, and the database is 9i. I am used performing several tasks in 10g using Enterprise Manager. Please suggest some useful tools that will make life easier in 9i. Whats the requirements of using Enterprise Manager in 9i (agent?, etc...)?
