New behaviour SmartView POV in Excel

I have access to new cloud and I can see that first row has POV, I would like work like old clouds, cells only applies rows and columns.
Actually First row is POV and I woudn't
I think that if I change this option from web I fix my issue but I can't select anything and I have admin rights:
Can u help me?
