New archives are generated with 640 permission causing extract to abend

Hi all,

We have configured normal extract process (not ALO). But whenever extract tries to read from archives it abends with error permission denied on archive log.

We noticed that newly generated archives are with permission 640. We are not using oracle user for GG we have created different OS user for GoldenGate. we changed the permissions on archive mount point but old archives permissions are only changed and not the newly generated archives.

GoldenGate OS user cannot be in DBA group as company policy doesn't allow to do so. Default umask is also 022

Database version 10.2.0.4

OGG version 11.2

Any help will really be appreciated. Just want that archives are generated with 644 permissions.
