We plan to include the following API scope in our production application, integrating features for patient questionnaires and vital updates. Our application has been successfully tested using the API with sandbox credentials.
To obtain a production client ID, we are seeking guidance on the next steps. Unfortunately, the eService [eservice.cerner.com] is not working for us. If there are guidelines to resolve this issue and submit a request for API access, it would be greatly helpful. One of our customers is awaiting this integration.
