New ActionChain is created in json instead of javascript

Hi everyone,

In my new app in VBCS Release 2404, Visual Builder Runtime Version2404.0.0, Oracle JET Version15.1.5

I created a action chain but it was not created in javascript. Is there anything to do so new action chain have to be created in javascript ?
