new 10g RAC issue

Hi,

I setup 2 node 10g RAC cluster. my problem is , I can start/shutdown instance on one node without any problem, but on second node, I get

ORA-00205: error in identifying controlfile, check alert log for more info

ORA-00202: controlfile: '/dev/raw/raw10'
ORA-27041: unable to open file
Linux Error: 19: No such device

But if I run fdisk /dev/sda , I can see this device

Disk /dev/sda: 200.0 GB, 200049647616 bytes
255 heads, 63 sectors/track, 24321 cylinders
Units = cylinders of 16065 * 512 = 8225280 bytes
