nevegation problem in forms

Hello guys,
I have two forms A and B. To call B from A i have used call_form statement ,can you please say how can i return from form B to form A.

I have used go_form(A);

but it is not working.

it is giving 41355 can not nevigateto from A.

I donot want to use open_form because it is giving many issuses.
