Network Card Communication Issues

User_I2AH2Jan 6 2017 — edited Jan 10 2017

Hi Experts,

I had install Oracle Linux 6.4 on Microsoft Hyper-V (Windows Server 2012 R2).Machine successfully installed but Network Card in Oracle Linux does not recognize and shows red cross sign.

I have performed following steps.

1.     Removed NIC from Hyper-V and re-inserted but same issue

2.     lspci commands unable to list any Virtual NIC (Means Driver not Loaded)

3.     ip link commands does not shows my Virtual NIC

4.     ifconfig shows only l0 (loop backup)

5.     when i try ifup eth160 is generates error again and again as i added NIC from Linux

Error : No Suitable device found : no device found for connection "eth160".

I also followed the below link to update INTEGRATION SERVICE on another same machine but its integration service is unable to update.
