Oracle Database Discussions

I have installed 11g R2 on Windows XP, Db is connecting properly on localhost. when i access database through some other system using SQL developer or DB visualizer then it gives me network adopter error. Please suggest me what should i do for accessing my database remotely?

One thing i want to share is.. while first time installing 11g R2, it asks for 2 files..then i deinstall and extract components folder files in the database directory component's folder (as i read from help..extract files in same directory) but it again asks for these files. I continued installation and database was successfully installed.
