Netegrity Siteminder and LDAP

Hi All

We are using Netegrity Siteminder 4.11 to authenticate and authorize our users against an LDAP user and policy store. We are observing some LDAP connection errors whereby siteminder is unable to bind to the LDAP server - after awhile it is able to bind fine but as a result of this some user requests get dropped - is this load related problem ? If so how many concurrent binds can the directory server handle ?
