netca and dbca commamd not found

i actually develop problem after successfully the installation of uoi was finished ,the netca and dbca command was not found , my installation is oracle 11g on linux5 using vmware. the same cd was used to install oracle 11g on linux4 using vmware and it is working perfecfly, pls help out
