hi
all the executable are there i $ORACLE_HOME/bin dir like dbca,netca and netmgr...

but in my installtion netca is not present in $ORACLE_HOME/bin dir
it oracle9i on windows xp

however if i go to startmenu and click on net configuration assistance it is working but there are no exe or bat file for netca....

can anybody help me where is this executable and by what name.... if it is not present in $ORACLE_HOME/bin.
