NetBeans & JDeveloper SAME .jsp Project

Anyone have any experience of using both NetBeans and JDeveloper with the same Java EE web app Project at the same time?

I like NetBeans, but need JDeveloper visual designer.

I know of no other way, except to edit the SAME Project between the two IDE's.

Please, anyone... any suggestions greatly appreciated.
