Netbeans: JBoss installation

Hello world,
is there someone that explain me in few words how i can install JBoss in Netbeans?

I've read this item http://www.netbeans.org/kb/50/jboss-getting-started.html#installthesoftware

but I haven't understood nothing.

Help me please.
