Netbeans 6.01 - I cannot find the Auto Comment feature.

In previous versions of Netbeans there was an "Auto Comment" feature that is very useful when doing the JavaDoc.

It was accessible via Right Click on a java project->Tools->Auto Comment.

I have not been able to locate the same feature in 6.01.

Anybody know where it is ... or went?
