Negative symbol remove

Hi All need to remove the negative sign

with sqltmp as (select to_char('-0.004','$999,999,999.99') a from dual

union all select to_char('-0.024','$999,999,999.99') a from dual

union all select to_char('-0.314','$999,999,999.99') a from dual)

select case when a='-$.00' then '$.00' else a end final from sqltmp

output :-$.00 to $.00

how to remove the negative sign on this
