Need Urgent Help *** Sales Order Line is Cancelled but Flow_Status_Code still shows as BOOKED***

Order line is being cancelled via Order Entry screen and all the existing holds are released automatically by the WF saying "Released Upon Cancellation" and the order line WF CLOSE_LINE is also in COMPLETE status, but the flow_status_code is still showing as BOOKED in OE_ORDER_LINES_ALL.

We are totally puzzled with this issue.

Any suggestions ?
