Need to search with correct spelling incase of typo

Hi,

If i am trying to search with some wrong spelling, it has to ask (or) check with the correct spelling. Say, if the user searches for the keyword "serch", it has to search for the word "search".

So, will it be possible to link the searched words with the inbuilt thesaurus instead of defining the alternate spelling for every words.

An example on the above will be more helpful.
