Need to Restrict some specific Column rows Clickable event

Hi,

I am working on an interactive report and in this I have a column which I make it clickable like when user click on any row in that column it open other page but now I want to restrict some rows in that column to be unclickable. Did I directly do using Oracle Apex Built in functionality.

Note

I use built in oracle apex column link functionality in order to open other page.
