Need to restore only 1 schema from rman full backup

Hi All

Database version : 11.1
Linux x86_64

I dropped one of the user from our existing OEM repository database.
i want to restore it from the rman backup i know that you cant restore only 1 user from the rman.
i dont have any expdp for that users.
can i use rman point in time restore and recovery
please guide me with step by step restore.
also only the schemas user was dropped and not the tablespace or anything.
No flashback restore point created.
