Need to Read the Cobol File through PL/Sql

Hi,

I have a requirement for to read the Cobol fixed record length file to data using DB utility and convert this to individual tables with fields.

I am wondering is it possible to read the file through sql loader or not or do we have nay other utility or approach for this.

I will really appreciate all thoughts and ideas.

I am using the following DB version

Oracle Database 11g Enterprise Edition Release 11.1.0.6.0 - Production

PL/SQL Release 11.1.0.6.0 - Production

"CORE 11.1.0.6.0 Production"

TNS for 32-bit Windows: Version 11.1.0.6.0 - Production

NLSRTL Version 11.1.0.6.0 - Production
