Need to pull triage acuity score over FHIR

Nicholas CnossenAug 28 2025

Workflow or API calls:

Reminder: If this is referring to a client domain or EHR activity—not the public sandbox—do not include API request data or live patient data.

Background Information:

Failure to provide answers will impact our ability to respond in a timely and effective manner
Developer questions: We need to pull triage acuity score via FHIR for our client MLK Community Healthcare. It was expected that we would be able to pull it via Observation resource, e.g. with chief complaint /Observation?patient={patient_fhir_id}&code=8661-1. However, using any of the LOINC codes for triage acuity score (e.g. 75636-1 or 75616-3) does not return a value. Requesting assistance with creating an appropriate query, which code or logical resource ID to use.

MLK requested support for this issue, but the SR was closed and they were instructed to ask us as the vendor to post for support in the developer forums.
