Need to make comment field mandatory at the time of reassigning.

Hi All,

This is my very first post in oracle community .

I have a requirement which says that "Need to make comment field mandatory at the time of reassigning a workflow notification" (Oracle R12 ebs). I am not getting any pointer from internet on how to achieve this .

Is this possible at all ? Please note that we cant make any modification on the "Reassign Notifications" page. The whole requirement has to be taken care by workflow/pl sql .
