Need to know the Document Upload size limit and how to change it in UCM.

Hi ,

I need to know how to limit the document size upload limit (When we checkin a document)on the UCM. For example if i want that a user cannot upload any document which is more than 10 MB .I need to know what is the default value and where to change that value.Quick assistance will be very much appreciated.

Also need to know how can I customize the display name "primary file" to any other name and totally remove the alternate file display in the UCM console.
