We are using core HR and would like to know whether the implementation team has setup the basic core hr (Oracle HCM) or advanced core hr (Oracle HCM)? How we can identify that if we are not an implementation consultant and using as a Customer?
Because we are moving from EBS to Fusion and we need some fields to be mandatory like “Emergency family contact” in person details for a particular legislation. Since we are having other legislations configured so is it possible to mandat the particular field for particular legislation and not for other legislations? Or if we mandat any field that will impact the global page itself that means for all legislations?
Require some assistance as soon as possible?
