Need to extract data from Oracle CRM On Demand using webservices

Gurus,

I am new to ODI, Thanks for supporting for earlier post. MY next project source is : CRM On demand and i need to use web services to extract the data.
CAn anyone help sharing there experience or any good blogs to follow which helps me.

Also i heard aaht we can retrieve/extract only 100 records at a time, is this true?

Please guide me with valuable inputs
