need to execute dbms_utility.compile_schema('HR') from scott schema

Hi,

I have very interesting requirement. Example is I have to execute dbms_utility.compile_schema('HR') from scott schema. is it possible? If yes can anybody tell me how. It will be great help. Just let you know i have sys privilege.
