Need to emforce force user to change password at first login functionality

Hi,

We have requirement that users will login to webcentre portal with their user id and password which has been provisioned to OIM & OID. OIM will also be an integrated application in webcentre. Authentication is done by Access manager for which OID is the repository.
Now in OIM, there is a functionality called "force user to change password at first logon". This functionality comes into picture when OIM user tries to login in OIM for the first time.
Now, when OIM is integrated with Webcentre, user tries to login to Webcentre for the first time, then this functionality "force user to change password at first logon" will into picture or not? If not, then how can I implement this functionality.

Please suggest.
