Need to change the supplier site given in approved PO

HI All.
We have around 500 Approved PO and we got a requirement to change the supplier site for all the 500 PO. Manual updating is not possible. So, Please let us know the API or the process how we can achieve this.
Our instance version is EBS R12.1.3
