I'm sorry for the random post, but I have assured by chat support that this is the correct thing to do. Could not give me any guidance regarding where to post it, but just assured me that I should post “wherever” and technical support would help me.
Well, here I am, posting for help with a password reset that I can not do myself because I receive no emails, and even chat support could not email me a reset request.
