Need to change Oracle port 1522

Hi, I want to change oracle port 1522 to default 1521.
I follow below steps:

1. Stop listner service
2. Change port to 1521 in listener file
3. started listener again.

But I am unable to connect Oracle DB through client.
shows me
ERROR:
ORA-12541: TNS:no listener

Please help
