Need to apply the Patch (DR on RAC)

Dear Experts ,

We configured DR on RAC

Primary DB has 3 nodes and Standby has 2 nodes.
To apply some small patches to fix some bugs, do i need to apply that patch on Standby or Primary DB first ?

Do i need to move services to another node , which are running on current node , before i stop the Instance.
