Need suggestion about new job as a Oracle dba Consultant

Hi all,

I got a new job as a Oracle Dba consultant but i am confused, coz its a contactual job for 2 years but salary package is gud i.e 8Lacs consolidated INR rt now i m getting 3Lacs.

my proble is that after 2 years when i will swith the job new company will definitly ask for a salry slip etc bit they will not provide any salry slip...please help me whether should i make a move or not.....
