Need steps to modify public, vip and scan IP's on 12.1.0.2 grid infra

The request is to change IP's address in our existing setup

+ASM1:/u01/app/12.1.0.2/grid:N

-MGMTDB:/u01/app/12.1.0.2/grid:N

+APX1:/u01/app/12.1.0.2/grid:N

PSFS1:/u01/app/oracle/product/11.2.0.3/dbhome_1:N

Below doc's referring 11gr2 but we are looking for 12c grid infra.

How to Modify Public Network Information including VIP in Oracle Clusterware ( Doc ID 276434.1 )

How to update the IP address of the SCAN VIP resources (ora.scan<n>.vip) ( Doc ID 952903.1 )

PS: We don't have DNS using /etc/hosts file.
