Thanks for any help wth this probleme: when installaling ords 21 in a pluggable database Oracle 19c I'm confrunted with this error message:
Connexion à l'utilisateur de base de données : SYS AS SYSDBA, URL : jdbc:oracle:thin:@//localhost:1700/gfprod
2022-02-01T07:19:06.629Z SEVERE Erreur : impossible de dÚterminer si une installation ou une mise Ó niveau est requise car la liste des conteneurs est vide.
basically saying that it is not possible to determine wheter this is a new installation or an upgrade becasuse the container list is empty.
If continuing the installation no log file is generated and schema ORDS is not created in the database.
After ords start there is an other message indicating that something goes wrong:
2022-02-01T07:28:08.169Z WARNING The pool named: |apex|pu| is invalid and will be ignored: Le nom utilisateur ou le mot de passe pour le pool de connexions nommÚ |apex|pu| n'est pas valide, est expirÚ ou le compte est verrouillÚ
sayng that the user_name or password for the connection pool apex/pu is invalid or expired or locked.
