Need resolution for missing Resource Bundle

Dear Gurus,

I have created resource bundle and added it into faces-config and project properties resource bundle, but still its giving java.util.MissingResourceException: unable to find bundle for:SudentEservicesModelBundle

I am using Jdev 11.1.2.4 version,

Test case - I am logging into application from dashboard page selecting a command link that will render dynamic region, soon I select any link it's throwing above error.

Kindly help me to get it out.

Same steps followed in other application which I developed from scratch is not giving any error.
