Need RCOUNT to Group by Team Name

I'm building a Scatter Plot in OBIEE Answers and need to get a count of each individual record for each team.  There are about 10 teams.

The only thing I know how to do is RCOUNT("Pending Claim.File Number") but it counts each row.  So for Team 1 there should be 1,200 records, and Team 2 should have 1,500 records.  When I use RCOUNT, it does a running total.  This messes up the Scatter Plot axis.
