Hi all,
I am currently using Application Express 19.1.0.00.15
Understanding the process as follow:
1-Define Application Language > Seed transalatable text > Download xliff translation file > PERFORM THE ACTUAL TRANSLATION > Upload (and apply the xliff) file > Publish the translated application.
This covers translation of what I will call Client developped application and it works fine.
You also need to translate APEX internal test messages much of which are Interactive Report and Interactive grid components (menus, filters...)
To do so:
2-Use template from http://translate-apex.com/apex/f?p=800:START:15759943443068 >Translate message texts as required > Upload message texts to APEX.
Question: When are the Text messages applied to the translated application? At run time or when the translated application is generated?
What is the process for updating a translated application Text Messages? This does not appear to work correctly.
I was successful in translating all of the text for Interactive Reports and Interactive Grids but I hate to admit this, I am clueless as to why and how this worked. I.e. I was just plain lucky?

Translations and corrections I NOW make to text messages are not reproduced in the translated application as they are for the Client developed application labels. I need to make some corrections to the translation.
What am I doing wrong? What am I not getting?
Any tips comments, suggestion are greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
Jake
