Need help with MockPagingRESTServer

While going through all the components in Oracle JET Cookbook, I have seen MockPagingRESTServer being used in scenarios where oj.Collection is used as in case of below URL:

JET Site Cookbook

Unfortunately with code containing these classnames, we are not able to run code by simply copy pasting code from Cookbook.

Please provide details and usage guidelines about this utility.
