Need help with getting started learning Oracle

I just started a new job where I must learn how to use Oracle on Sun and Windows OS's. Ive never used Oracle before nor do I know much about databases. Where is a good place to start? I will mostly doing dba type things but I dont know where to get started. Is there any good books that breaks Oracle down for new users?
