need help to resolve package dependencies in terminal command

Hi all
I want to install oracle 11g on oracle enterprise linux 6.2, so I followed a tuturial at oracle-base.com

I want to install packages, but getting annoyed with package dependencies

how can I resolve this dependencies issue in terminal command line(rpm -Uvh ...)
